  1. IPO Data Not Updating

Live subscription numbers are updated based on exchange data.
If data looks outdated:

  • Make sure you have internet connection

  • Pull-to-refresh the screen

  • Try again after 2–3 minutes (sometimes exchanges delay updates)

  1. App Crashes / Performance Issues

If the app crashes:

  • Update to the latest version

  • Restart your phone

  • Clear background apps

If it still crashes, send us:

  • Device model

  • iOS version

  • Steps to reproduce the crash
