Terms of Use
What you can expect from IPO Plus, what we expect from you, and where the platform's responsibility ends and external systems begin.
Last updated 8 September 2026
This document is provided for transparency and is written to be reviewed. Text in square brackets marks information that has not yet been finalized. Nothing here is legal advice, and these documents should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied upon.
01Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the IPO Plus web application, Android app, iOS app and this website (together, the “Platform”), operated by Delight Enterprise.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these terms, to the Privacy Policy and to the Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
02What IPO Plus is
IPO Plus is a technology platform that helps you organize investor information and initiate IPO application requests from one place.
IPO Plus is not a stock broker, bank, depository, exchange, registrar, clearing corporation, portfolio manager or investment adviser. It does not provide investment, financial, legal or tax advice, does not recommend any IPO, and does not hold your funds or securities.
03Eligibility
You may use the Platform only if you:
- are legally competent to enter into a binding contract;
- are permitted under applicable law to make, or to assist with, IPO applications in the manner you intend;
- hold or are authorized in respect of the accounts whose details you enter; and
- use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and rules.
04Account creation and mobile verification
Access is tied to a mobile number verified using a one-time password. You are responsible for maintaining control of that mobile number and of the devices on which you are signed in.
Never share an OTP, password or other authentication secret with anyone, including anyone who claims to represent IPO Plus. We will never ask you for one.
Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
06Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you enter, including names, PAN, demat account identifiers, UPI IDs and bank details. IPO Plus performs checks designed to catch issues it can detect, but it cannot verify that the details you enter belong to the person you say they do, and it is not responsible for consequences arising from inaccurate information.
07Bulk imports
Where you add records by uploading an Excel or CSV file, you are responsible for the contents of that file, for having the authorization to provide and process everything it contains, and for reviewing the imported records before using them. Do not upload information you are not entitled to share.
08Referral links to third-party providers
Some tools on the Platform, such as the readiness checklist, link to third-party providers — for example, brokers where you can open a demat account. These may be referral links, and IPO Plus may earn a referral fee if you open an account through one, at no extra cost to you. Listing a provider is not an endorsement of its investment merit or service quality; you should compare providers independently. Any account you open through such a link is governed by that provider's own terms, and IPO Plus is not a party to it.
09Prohibited activities
You must not:
- use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of any applicable securities, banking, payment or data protection law;
- enter or use information relating to a person without the necessary authorization;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts or related systems;
- interfere with, disrupt, overload or probe the Platform or its infrastructure;
- reverse engineer, scrape or copy the Platform except as permitted by law;
- impersonate any person or misrepresent your relationship with any person; or
- use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable or impair it for others.
10IPO information
Information about IPOs shown on the Platform — including dates, price bands, lot sizes, issue sizes and categories — is provided for convenience and we try our best to keep it accurate. This market can change minute to minute, so it may still be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate at times, and it is not investment advice. You should cross-check anything you rely on against the offer document, the exchange, the registrar and your broker before applying.
11Application and bid processing
When you submit an application request, IPO Plus prepares and processes that request based on the details and parameters you provided. Submitting a request through the Platform does not by itself mean an application has been accepted or that a bid has been placed successfully.
The status information shown reflects what is available for the relevant integration. Availability, accuracy and timeliness of that information depend on the underlying systems.
12External systems
Completing an IPO application involves systems that IPO Plus does not own, operate or control, including:
- exchange systems;
- registrars to the issue;
- brokers and other intermediaries;
- banks and sponsor banks;
- UPI and payment infrastructure; and
- depositories.
In particular, IPO Plus does not generate, issue or approve any UPI mandate. When you submit a bid, IPO Plus checks it and passes it to the exchange in the required format; the exchange raises the mandate request with NPCI, and your bank creates the actual mandate and sends it to your UPI app for you to approve or reject. Everything from that mandate onward — approval, rejection and the resulting debit — happens between you, your bank and the exchange.
Failures, delays, downtime, rejections or changes in those systems are outside our control, and IPO Plus is not responsible for them.
13Application acceptance and allotment
IPO Plus does not guarantee that any application will be accepted, that a UPI mandate will be created or approved, that funds will be blocked successfully, that any allotment will be made, or that any particular investment outcome will follow. Allotment is determined through the applicable external process.
14Service availability, maintenance and changes
We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. As a technology-driven company we are also exposed to technology risk: software errors and server, network or third-party outages can happen, sometimes without notice. The Platform may be unavailable during maintenance, upgrades or events outside our control. We may add, change, restrict or remove features, and we may change how the Platform works, at any time.
For anything time-sensitive, do not rely on the Platform, or any single platform, as your only route. Keep an alternative available, such as your broker, your bank's app, or the exchange or registrar directly.
15Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access where we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, where it is necessary to protect the Platform or other users, or where required by law.
You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request deletion of your account as described in the Privacy Policy.
16Intellectual property
The Platform, including its software, design, interface, text and branding, is owned by Delight Enterprise or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Platform for its intended purpose. The information you enter remains yours; you grant us the permissions needed to operate the Platform and provide the service.
17Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IPO Plus is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, opportunity, allotment, listing gain, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
18Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Delight Enterprise, its officers, employees and agents against claims, losses, liabilities and reasonable expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the Platform, your use of information you were not authorized to provide or process, or your breach of any applicable law.
19Force majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, epidemic, strike, failure of utilities or telecommunications, internet or infrastructure outages, cyber-attacks, failures of third-party systems, or changes in law or regulatory direction.
20Governing law and dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in District Court Rajkot Gujarat, and the courts of District Court Rajkot Gujarat have jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to them. Before commencing proceedings, we ask that you raise the matter with us so that we can try to resolve it — see the grievance page.
21Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Platform and applicable requirements change. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision, and continued use of the Platform after a change means you accept the revised terms.
